Carpets & Poufs — next day delivery
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are delivered the following day. Excludes Sundays.
Furniture — 5–7 day delivery
Furniture items are delivered within 5–7 business days anywhere in the UAE.
Cash on delivery — exact change required
If paying cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready. Our delivery team will not hand over items until cash is received in full.

Returns — Carpets & Poufs
Free returns & exchanges within 7 days
You may return or exchange any carpet or pouf within 7 calendar days of purchase at no cost, provided the item is unused and repacked in its original packaging exactly as received.
Manufacturing defect — full refund
If a manufacturing defect is found at the time of delivery and no replacement unit is available, you will receive a 100% refund.
Damage or stains — charges may apply
If a returned item shows damage or stains, Handpicked Furniture reserves the right to deduct charges of up to 100% of the purchase value.
Refund method & processing time
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be processed as bank transfers. Processing takes up to 7 days after we receive the item. Bank and card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
7-day window — strictly observed
No return or exchange requests will be accepted after 7 calendar days from purchase.
Home trials — non-returnable
Items ordered as part of a home trial are not eligible for return or exchange.
International purchases — not eligible
International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
