When will I receive my order?
- Carpets & Poufs – Next-day delivery across the UAE for orders placed before 3 PM (excluding Sundays). For KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, delivery takes approximately 10 to 15 days from the order date.
- Furniture – Delivery within the UAE will be completed within 7–10 days. Currently, we do not ship furniture items outside the UAE.
What is your return policy?
- Carpets & Poufs – We offer an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.
- Furniture – Returns or exchanges are not accepted, as all furniture items are made to order. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will ensure it is corrected.
Is it possible to receive my order earlier or at a specific time?
While we cannot guarantee early delivery or delivery at a precise time, we will do our best to accommodate special requests. Please inform us as early as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay for online purchases.Cash or card on delivery is also available, except for furniture items, which must be prepaid.

Absolutely! Our team is happy to assist you in selecting the right size, color, and design. Just WhatsApp or call us at +971 58 585 6769. For furniture orders, we can guide you in choosing fabric types, bed or sofa legs, sitting height, headboard dimensions, and more.
How does custom ordering work, and how long does it take?
- Custom Carpet Resizing – If you need a carpet resized to specific dimensions, we can complete this within 7 days. Additional charges may apply depending on the level of stitching required.
- Custom Carpets Manufacturing – We can create handmade carpets in wool, jute, cotton, or a blend within 25 days from order confirmation. You may submit your own design or consult our team for suggestions. Pricing will depend on size and material.
- Custom Furniture – We manufacture beds, mattresses, sofas, armchairs, and ottomans on order
- For mattresses, we can send 50x50 cm physical samples for you to try before placing the order. Custom sizing is available.
- For beds, sofas, armchairs, and ottomans, we provide fabric swatches (velvet, linen, faux leather) and leg samples to help you choose the right material and color.
- All custom orders require 100% advance payment
