Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for unused rugs within 14 days of delivery. One-time exchange is free, while returns are subject to a small processing fee. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Furniture items are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Rugs (Returns & Exchanges)

  • You may return or exchange unused rugs within 14 days.
  • Exchange is free (one time).
  • Returns have AED 30 deduction per rug.
  • Requests must be submitted via: WhatsApp or Email
  • Products must be unused and repacked.
  • If manufacturing defect occurs, 100% refund will be issued.
  • Refund processing takes up to 7 days after warehouse inspection.
  • No returns accepted after 14 days.
  • International purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Home trials are not eligible for 7 days return policy.

Furniture

Furniture items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Method

Refund will be processed using original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed via bank transfer.
