Shipping of all items is free in UAE
- Carpets will be delivered next day for all orders received before 3 PM (excluding Sundays)
- Furniture items will be delivered in 5-7 days within UAE
- Please note that if you have selected cash on delivery, please keep exact change ready. The delivery team will not handover the items till the time they receive cash

Returns Policy - Rugs
You may return/exchange unused rugs within 14 days of delivery. Exchange is free (1 time). Return will be done with a deduction of AED 30 per rug.
- Rugs return/exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase through Contact Us page or whatsapp on +971-585856769 or email to info@handpickedfurniture.com. Please attach copy of purchase invoice or mention order number
- The product should be unused and repacked the way it was received by the customer
- If there is a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery and we don't have any more units of the same item, you will get 100% money back
- If the product has damages or stains, Handpicked Furniture reserves the right to deducted further charges up to 100% of purchase value
- Mode of refund will be same as the mode of payment (cash on delivery refunds can be bank account transfers also). Refund processing may take up to 7 days after receiving the items in our warehouse. Bank transfer / credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank
- No return / exchange will be entertained after 14 calendar days of purchase
- For home trials, there is no possibility of exchange or return
- International purchases are not eligible for money back / exchange / refund
